4. Please contact your HR administrator to obtain your personal business URL so that you may use UltiPro.

5. Enter your company’s e-mail address as well as the usual password, which is your birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY format).

6. You must update your password the first time you successfully connect to self-service. Your new customized password must fulfill certain criteria.

7. Prior to creating your unique password, you will be asked three challenge questions. If you forget your password and click the “Forgot my password” button, the system will prompt you to enter the answers to the challenge questions you answered when you created your password.
