Not only does Twitch offer viewers the chance to watch their favorite streamers, but it offers streamers a chance to earn income. Twitch allows gamers to earn money through a subscription service called Twitch Prime. How To Stream Twitch From Your Xbox One X Or S?
- Create a Twitch account with a computer or a mobile device. We recommend installing Twitch on your iOS or Android phone so that you can change your stream settings on the go using the Stream Manager in the Twitch app.
- Personalize your channel so that when people come to your page, they know who you are! On mobile, you may change your profile photo and bio, as well as alter a variety of other options using a web browser.
- We recommend that you log in to your account using a web browser before you begin broadcasting so that you can set up your Moderation and Safety settings to guarantee that your expanding community has a pleasant experience.
- You may also change your settings to add a custom list of terms or phrases that will automatically filter your channel.
- Using the Xbox Series X or S:1 to stream. To begin, go to the Microsoft Store and download the Twitch program. 2. Go to the top of the screen in the Twitch app and pick the Broadcast option.
- Then, on Xbox, connect your account by following the on-screen instructions and entering the code supplied at twitch.tv/activate.
- Now go ahead and tweak your settings! To tell viewers what you’re doing, give your broadcast a title. Before you pick your video quality choices, set your camera location and microphone options.
NOTE: The game classification for the game you’re playing will be automatically assigned to you. We recommend utilizing the Twitch iOS or Android app for optimal searchability and follower engagement since you can customize your go-live notice and add extra tags.
- You’re currently live after pressing “Select Broadcasting.” Please keep in mind that the app simply streams games. A “pause loop” will be presented to viewers whenever a game is not in focus while broadcasting, such as if you go back to the Dashboard, the Store, or check your messages.
- To stop broadcasting, click the Xbox icon on your controller, go to the menu, and choose the Twitch App, then “Stop Broadcasting.”
QUICK NOTE: We recommend upgrading your audio and visuals to improve the quality of your Xbox broadcasts. When it comes to connecting with viewers, the quality of your audio is crucial. If you want to add a webcam to your broadcast, you’ll need to buy a camera that’s suitable.
