• Use the arrow key on your keyboard to go to the Mice and other pointing devices category. Now press the Alt + right arrow to enlarge the category.
• Now you will see the option of Logitech mouse. Go to that option and click Shift + F10 to open the menu with the uninstall option.
• Click on the option, and your driver will uninstall.
• Now, to reinstall it just restart the computer and check whether your mouse has started working or not.

5. Updating the Mouse Driver to Fix Your Logitech Wireless Mouse

The problem can occur if the mouse driver is outdated and Logitech frequently updates the driver. You can try to update the driver automatically or manually. 

The steps to automatically update your driver are as follow:

• Again press Win + R on your keyboard.
• Type devmgmt.msc in the dialogue box and press enter.
• Go to the Mice and other pointing devices category and expand it.
• Press Shift + F10 on the Logitech mouse option and a menu will open. Now, Click on the Update driver software.
• Select the option for Search automatically for updated driver software.
• Windows will search for the most suited drivers against your model and install it.

Now, if the mouse still does not work, go to the Logitech website and download the driver according to your build number and model. Once the driver is downloaded again, open the device manager and navigate your device. Press Shift + F10 again and choose to Browse my computer for driver software from the menu.
